REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Introduction
Mizan HR Consulting is committed to delivering high-quality HR solutions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for our services.
2. Service Cancellation
2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
Clients may cancel a service by providing written notice at least five (5) business days before the scheduled service start date.
Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the service start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Once a service has commenced, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
2.2 Mizan HR Consulting-Initiated Cancellations
Mizan HR Consulting reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for services that have not yet commenced.
If a client is dissatisfied with a completed service, they may submit a refund request within seven (7) days of service completion. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
Custom HR strategy development, consulting retainers, and digital resources (e.g., downloadable templates, reports) are non-refundable.
Training and workshop fees are non-refundable; however, clients may reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.
Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Policy Updates
Mizan HR Consulting reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
