Mizan HR Consulting provides HR solutions, including but not limited to HR strategy, recruitment, training, career development, and compliance advisory. Services may be modified at the Company’s discretion.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and use our services for lawful purposes only. Misuse, unauthorized access, or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT TERMS
Service fees must be paid as agreed. Late payments may incur penalties. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to protect confidential information. No data will be shared without consent, except as required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, reports, and tools provided by Mizan HR Consulting remain our intellectual property and cannot be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mizan HR Consulting is not responsible for indirect damages, business losses, or third-party decisions based on our services. Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service.

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with prior notice. Immediate termination applies in cases of contract breach, misuse, or non-payment.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be settled under Islamic Sharia and the applicable laws of SOMALIA.

CHANGES TO TERMS
Mizan HR Consulting reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
