USER AGREEMENT

All content, tools, materials, and intellectual property provided by Mizan HR Consulting remain our property. Users may not distribute, reproduce, or modify our materials without explicit permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mizan HR Consulting is not liable for:
1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
2. Losses arising from decisions made based on our consulting services.
3. Any third-party actions or decisions influenced by our advice.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services if a User violates this Agreement. Users may discontinue Services at any time, subject to payment obligations.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved amicably through negotiation.
